Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 31 March 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all webinars, workshops, coaching programs, consultations, events, digital products, and services offered by Business Coach Akhill.

By purchasing or registering for any of our services, you agree to this policy.


1. Webinar Registrations

All webinar registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a webinar, you may contact our team before the session to request:

  • Transfer to another available webinar date, or
  • Access to the recording (if applicable)

Such requests are subject to approval and availability.


2. Workshops & Live Events

All workshop and live event registrations are generally non-refundable.

However, in exceptional cases, rescheduling requests may be considered if informed in advance.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled by us, participants may receive:

  • Access to the rescheduled event,
  • Event credit, or
  • A partial/full refund at our discretion.

3. Coaching Programs & Consulting Services

Fees paid for coaching programs, consulting, implementation programs, masterminds, or training services are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of coaching, strategy sharing, intellectual property access, and implementation support, refunds will not be issued once:

  • Access has been granted,
  • Sessions have started,
  • Materials have been shared, or
  • The onboarding process has begun.

4. Digital Products & Training Materials

All digital products including:

  • E-books
  • Templates
  • SOPs
  • Training videos
  • Downloadable resources
  • Online courses

are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Since digital products are delivered instantly, no cancellations or refunds can be processed after purchase.


5. Subscription or Installment Payments

If any service is offered through installment payments or subscriptions:

  • Users are responsible for completing all committed payments.
  • Missed payments may result in suspension of access.
  • Previously paid amounts are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Requests

Any cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels such as:

  • Registered email address
  • Official support number
  • Official business communication channel

Cancellation requests through unofficial channels may not be accepted.


7. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, the refund may take approximately 7–14 business days to process depending on the payment method and banking partner.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks after accessing services, content, or coaching may lead to:

  • Permanent suspension from programs,
  • Legal recovery action, and/or
  • Restriction from future services.

9. Our Discretion

All refund approvals, exceptions, transfers, or special considerations remain solely at the discretion of Business Coach Akhill.
